Donations by Cheque, or Demand Draft or Cash

1.1 Donations from India
Donations in Indian currency (INR) can be made by: cash, cheque, or demand draft.

Cheques and demand drafts may be drawn in favour of : ANTARRASHTRIYA MAANAVAADHIKAAR NYAAYIK SURAKSHA PARISHAD

1.2 Cheques and Demand Drafts may be sent by Post / Courier to our address :

Either along with the DD/Cheque being sent to us by Post/Courier, or through an email (Ihrjc2020@gmail.com) please give the following details of your donation:

DD / Cheque details : Bank’s name, Bank branch identification like location, code, etc.,

DD/Cheque Number, Amount,

Donor’s details: name, postal address, email-id and phone number

Donations through direct bank transfer (NEFT, etc.) to AMNSP Bank Account

2.1 Donations from India (that is, donor’s bank account / card is opened in India) Indian donations to be transferred directly to our Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS channels.

Tax Exemption

The Government of India has granted income tax exemption to AMNSP (Antarrashtriya Maanavaadhikaar Nyaayik Suraksha Parishad (Reg.)) under section 12A-80G, subsection 2(a) (iii f) of the income tax act, 1961, by an order issued by the department of revenue, Ministry of Finance. This is a provision applicable to universities and academic institutions of national eminence.
All the donations to Antarrashtriya Maanavaadhikaar Nyaayik Suraksha Parishad (Reg.) will therefore be eligible for exemption from income tax.
